L & S Service is a Michigan Bureau of
Automotive Regulation licensed facility. Our
technicians are also state licensed by the same
bureau. We specialize in the service and
rebuilding of automatic transmissions in
automobiles, light trucks, and sport-utility
vehicles. We also provide other drivetrain
related services.
L & S Service, originally started business in
1977 as a proprietorship owned by Lane Floria. At
that time, Lane had 10 years experience in the
automatic transmission repair business. Today, L
& S Service is a Michigan corporation. We
take pride in the fact that many of our customers
are repeat customers. They are happy to find
familiar faces when they visit our business.

At L & S we are lucky enough to have two mascots! First, the
original mascot is Daisy. As you can see, she affords a lot of
protection from would be intruders. Especially if those intruders
didn't care to be licked!

At Christmas 2001, Phylis Daniels, of Daniels Used Cars, gave us
the gentleman at the right. We call him "Little Man" for lack of a
better name. He's also been referred to as "Little Lane", or
"Little (substitute your preferred employee's name)", on occasion.
Phylis made Little Man and also makes many other similar critters
for sale and fun.
